Passport and Visas

It is very important that you know your passport and visa requirements before travelling. We advise all of our clients to check with the relevant embassies as they have the latest and up to date information regarding passports and visas.
The time taken to get your passport in order or to obtain a visa may vary considerably depending on your nationality and destination so it is strongly advisable that you contact the relevant authorities at the earliest opportunity.

E-tickets

These days e-tickets are issued instead of coupon tickets.The advantage of e-tickets is that if you lose them for any reason they can be reprinted free of cost.When you purchase the tickets we can either send them to you via email or post them out to you.Otherwise you are more than welcome to come to our main office in Manchester to collect them in person.

Special Requests

We want your holiday and flight experience to be as enjoyable as possible.If you have any special service requests such as meal or seat requests including wheelchairs or basinets for infants then please let us know at the time of booking and we will more than oblige in putting the requests through to the particular airline.

Reconfirmation

Reconfimation requirements vary depending on the airline and destination. We will advise you if you are required by the airline to reconfirm your return flights before departure and we will also provide you with the relevant contact numbers.

Date Changes

Once a ticket has been purchased there may be charges involved in changing the dates of travel. These charges vary depending on the airline and you will be advised of these charges at the time of booking. In addition to any date change charges the airline will also require customers to pay any difference in the price of the new dates which will be explained to you at the time of the date change.
